Must read instructions
The scooter was delivered promptly. The unboxing process was straightforward, as were the instructions. After testing, I am happy to report that the scooter is functioning perfectly. I was also impressed by the excellent Customer Service provided when obtaining the complimentary battery included with the purchase.

Nice chair, it was just too heavy for me to manage
I liked it, I just couldn’t handle the weight. If you have a handicapped accessible vehicle, it’s perfect. I don’t have one and was trying to find a chair that I could put in my car. I would have loved to keep it.

Excellent quality chair
The chair is very well built and operates smoothly. Once the app is downloaded settings on the chair such as the back lighting and voice queues can be disabled if they are too flashy. Comes fully assembled and mine was at ~80% charge. Packaging was solid but keep in mind you need to store the box and packaging foam for future maintenance. Seat back is comfortable but a bit short if you are on the tall side.

Compact, sleek design, easy to control.
Love everything about this machine except its weight. My wife and I can easily lift it into the trunk, but lifting is not something I should do. It’s my first mobility device and I’m impressed. It’s really meant for flat surfaces, but does travel around the yard in higher power settings.

One of The coolest looking and very efficient chairs in the market.
This chair makes mobility so much more easier. Love the design and functionality. I could see a reverse camera for the user as that is one very usable and important safety feature that could be added as looking back during reversing is not possible for senior/handicap users. On the whole very excited about the chair, it looks and feels pretty cool and fell in love with it. The customer support is simply amazing. Thank you for creating this cool and efficient chair.

So Far So Good
I like everything about this chair except one thing...it ain't fast enough. It's plenty fast enough indoors but when I gotta go get the mail it takes a minute. Seems well made and I like the remote-control features. I also like that it doesn't look like every other power chair on the market, plus it fits in the trunk of my Tesla (kinda matches my Tesla too). I work for a pro race team, and I needed a chair that I could get around the shop without banging into customer cars, the Omni front wheels work very well for this and allows for very precise steering. Then there's the customer service, these folks are very good and very responsive, definitely two thumbs. It's not cheap, but it is good and solid.
