Maintenance T&C
1. Service Requirements:
- Annual servicing is required to maintain the extended warranty.
- Service must be conducted by ‘The Mobility People’ authorized technicians.
2. Coverage:
- The warranty covers the main internal components including the electric motor and all electrics (e.g., motherboard, lights).
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover plastics, seats, or wheels.
- If parts cannot be obtained within 21 working days, the scooter will be replaced with one of equal value.
4. Transferability:
- The warranty is non-transferable and void if the scooter is sold.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of the maintenance package voids the extended warranty.
6. Modifications:
- Unauthorized modifications may void the warranty. Please contact us for clarification.
7. Governing Law:
- These terms follow the laws of the purchase region.
8. Agreement:
- Purchasing the annual service implies acceptance of these terms.
