1. Service Requirements:

  • Annual servicing is required to maintain the extended warranty.
  • Service must be conducted by ‘The Mobility People’ authorized technicians.

2. Coverage:

  • The warranty covers the main internal components including the electric motor and all electrics (e.g., motherboard, lights).
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover plastics, seats, or wheels.
  • If parts cannot be obtained within 21 working days, the scooter will be replaced with one of equal value.

4. Transferability:

  • The warranty is non-transferable and void if the scooter is sold.

5. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of the maintenance package voids the extended warranty.

6. Modifications:

  • Unauthorized modifications may void the warranty. Please contact us for clarification.

7. Governing Law:

  • These terms follow the laws of the purchase region.

8. Agreement:

  • Purchasing the annual service implies acceptance of these terms.
