Refund and Repair Policy

  1. Returning Your Order

1.1 The Consumer Contracts Regulations allow you 14 days from receipt to notify us if you're not satisfied. Items must be returned within 14 days after notification. Return postage is your responsibility. (If financed, you must notify SNAP Finance).

1.2 Items must be returned in original condition. Modifications or damage void return rights.

1.3 We may reduce refunds if items are damaged, used, or unsellable.

1.4 You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it. Returns after 14 days are not accepted.

1.5 Items must include all parts and not be registered with DVLA. Damages or missing parts will incur costs.

  1. Repairs or Replacement

2.1 Consumers have 30 days for faulty repair or replacement. After 30 days, notify us for repair arrangements.

2.2 Faults within 12 months will be repaired under warranty.

2.3 Damage or modifications by the consumer or third parties void the warranty. Insurance claims and inspection fees may apply.

Damaged and Faulty Items

If any item is damaged upon receipt, contact us immediately. Some products may include additional manufacturer warranties—please review them carefully.

At The Mobility People, we ensure our consumers maintain their freedom. If a fault occurs, contact us immediately. We may request photos or videos to identify issues and will aim to repair as soon as possible, depending on part availability. Our mission is to keep you mobile and independent.
