2. Returning Your Order

2.1 You have 14 days to notify us if unsatisfied. Return shipping is at your cost.

2.2 Items must be returned in original condition.

2.3 Refunds may be reduced if items are damaged or used.

2.4 Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

2.5 Item must not be registered with DVLA; damages/missing parts incur costs.

5.1 All scooters include a 12-month warranty. Extended warranty available.

7.1 We are not liable for delays due to uncontrollable events.

8. VAT Exemption

9. DVLA

9.1 Class 2 scooters do not require DVLA registration.
9.2 Class 3 scooters must be registered. Register Here

Collections and Delivery

We offer the best prices and flexible delivery/collection options.

Collection

Pre-Assembled: Free, includes safety check and demonstration.

Boxed: Customer handles assembly; support available via phone.

Delivery Options

Free Inclusive Delivery: Includes assembly, demonstration, packaging removal, and optional old scooter disposal. Delivery within 21 working days.

Maintenance T&C

  • Service: Annual service required by authorized technicians.
  • Coverage: Includes motor & electrics. Excludes plastics, seats, wheels.
  • If parts unavailable in 21 days, replacement scooter provided.
  • Non-transferable: Warranty void if resold.
  • Cancellation: Voids extended warranty.
  • Modifications: Unapproved changes void warranty.
  • Governing Law: As per purchase region.
  • Agreement: Purchase indicates acceptance of terms.
